    Nice to see that, at last, there is a covered area at the gate for mourners to assemble beneath. It also looks like there are more trees to provide shade. It had long amazed me that towns as prosperous as Kalgoorlie and Boulder did not have more shade and seats at the final resting places for most of it’s citizens.

      Yes Indeed Delcia it was very much needed. There is a second covered walkway in the Crematorium further down the street.

    The old entrance is far more striking than the newer version. Cemeteries now days are so sterile in appearance there is no character to them.

    Both really. although I am aware that the heat of Kalgoorlie, is a major consideration, so the entrance to the top one is sensible and in good taste.
