Gentle in mind, Patient in pain
Our darling girl left us heaven to claim
With actions so noble, gentle, and kind,
Few in this world her equal could find
Not gone from memory, not gone from love,
But gone to her fathers home above.

In 1904 John SCADDAN was re-married to Henrietta EDWARDS in Boulder 1904 and had two children. He went on to become Premier of Western Australia from 1911 to 1916. The town of Scaddan was named after him.
