WILTON Unnamed male baby, cause:- Stillborn, died 17 Nov 1896 at Abbotts, Father:- Thomas Fishpool WILTON (Boarding House Keeper) Mother:- Catherine MCCAGH. They were the descendants of Mary MARKLOVE nee FISHPOOL and John WILTON who arrived in the colony on 13 Jan 1883 aboard the Travancore

An article in the Murchison Times and Day Dawn Gazette dated 15 March, 1898, page 3 states a miner named Hugh Cameron was brought in to the Nannine Hospital from Abbotts with a fractured skull. He consequently died. He had been working in the Abbotts Gold Mine. The report was Tues 15th and he died on the 12th March, 1898. Wonder if he was buried at Abbotts.
