Bob Moorhead was my grandpa. We still travel up to the grave most years. I loved reading this. The story that was written – was it written by someone who was there do you think? Or do you think there was a little bit of artistic flair? After reading some of their children’s letters to the paper, I had assumed their language was a little more refined than that 🙂 also I think I remember reading that the inn was in Jane’s name?
