Leonora Update-

As I recently posted, the Menzies page on the Outback Family History web site has just undergone a makeover. The next town to be ‘worked over’ is Leonora. This is a slightly bigger project but there is already a good deal on the web site already.

I will be going though all my photographs and putting new one up and sorting the ones already there into catagories as with Menzies. The biggest job will be adding in the biographies for those buried in the cemetery. Over the years I have collected a vast amount of information which I will now collate and add to the web site. It is not in any particular date or alphabetical order, I will just be adding info in as I go.

If you have anything you would like to add to the Leonora page, do let me know, in particular if you have anyone in the cemetery. I am happy to add a link from the site to you in case of anyone else researching the same name.

The page address is:- http://www.outbackfamilyhistory.com.au/records/town.php?town=Leonora

I noticed a picture on one of your newsletters taken in Shenton street Menzies of the hotel and the Drapers, I have tried to attach a link to the same location taken in 1968 by my grandparents.
